it came with 2 dvds, I watch one yesterday, they gave a lot of advice regarding diet. Strange thing is they want you to eat a lot of stuff barely cooked. They say put raw broccoli in the mic with some water for 2 minutes. Raw oatmeal with water in the mic for 1 min...they say not overcooking allows the fiber to stay in tack...sounds a little excessive to me. I'm going to read through the whole thing before I start, maybe this Sunday, maybe I"ll wait a bit...I took some pics of my fat ass now and hopefully I'll have some good after pics...I'll keep you guys posted...
