I take a multi-vitamin every day like most who are reading this. A lot of people who are cutting or lack energy at some point seek advice from here so I'm throwing out what I have had a lot of success with. "One a Day: Energy" does wonders for me, no jitters but I'm ready to rock and no crash. Anyone else tried these? I'm a natural so this is it for me asside from some protein.
Note: I am aware this is my first post, if I am coming off like someone trying to push this like its one of those BS "get big quick schemes" feel free to PM me and I can re-word it.
