From the studies I read 20 grams isn't that much. You can get that much eating a decent piece of salmon. From the AD booklet it explains the science of how you use fat to metabolize fish oils. Numerous studies show that 10-20 grams is very beneficial. I think the eskimos get in excess of hundreds of grams a day, especially from eating blubber.
A good rule of thumb is 5-10grams of fish oil per 16oz of salmon filet, so I don't think you'd have any problems at 20. I'd just watch your NSAID + Vitamin E if you're worried about excessive blood thinning and hemmorhagic stroke from the fish oils.
