I'll usually make myself 2 whole wheat toast & spread cottage cheese all over them along w/some peanut butter.Usually have a half cup of mixed nuts & a piece of fruit along w/that.If a banana then i'll just chop it up & place that on the toast also.

I just started after training as a way of getting some simple carbs and a little bit of complex carbs is to mix the corn flakes with dried strawberries in with cottage cheese. this also gives it some much needed texture.

You do realize that the cottage cheese is slowing down / negating the insulin spike of the corn flakes and dried fruit, right?

2tbs of Wheat germ.  I keep a full cup of cottage cheese and wheat germ by the side of the bed and every time I wake up to go to the bathroom, I have a couple spoons.

I"m a big fan of Fat Free Cottage Cheese due to it's great protien content. I know a few guys who add all sorts of things to it. One guy mixes whole wheat chex to it, I like adding 2 bannas to 1 cup of ff cottage cheese postworkout once I chug a 40g whey shake. I've heard of all sorts of things. I was just wondering what new ideas you guys have come up with to break away for the cc norm.

if youre just looking to put on some size...a can of hormel lean chili, two table spoons of sour cream, shredded low fat cheese, and a half a cut of cottage cheese has more protein in one sitting than more take in in two or three meals! and not so bad over all too...
