The Dallas Court of Appeals has affirmed the Texas state court’s dismissal of the Texas Bar’s case against Powell. After three years of litigation, the Court of Appeals held the Bar had no evidence Powell violated any disciplinary rule in filing four federal lawsuits in the aftermath of the 2020 election.

My post relates to the ruling of United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit is a federal court which has appellate jurisdiction over the district courts in Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan and Tennessee. These are two different Circuit Courts with two separate and opposite rulings. Apparently, you did not realize this when you posted the above reply.

She also pleaded guilty to election interference in Georgia where she agreed to serve six years of probation, pay a $6,000 fine, pay $2,700 to the Georgia secretary of state’s office and (most importantly) testify truthfully at co-defendants’ trials.

Also relative to Sidney Powell's 2020 election interference related legal problems is the Dominion lawsuit where they are seeking $1.3 billion in damages. The U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols denied Powell’s motion to dismiss the case in August 2021. Smartmatic has a federal lawsuit against Sidney Powell that is unresolved.

Access Hollywood is located at Universal Studios Hollywood, CA. California is a “two-party consent” state. This makes it illegal to record a private conversation unless all parties consent to the recording. A violation of the two-party consent provisions of the California Penal Code is a criminal misdemeanor and may also give rise to a civil lawsuit. If this conversation Trump had been recorded without his knowledge, he would have sued Access Hollywood and Billy Bush. Besides, Trump admitted to making those remarks.
