Deload week, before last week of program:

Easy pace

2 sets warmup:
Airdyne 1 min
Hip flow
Elevated split squat
hip thrusts
band walks

5 sets, 1 every 1.5 min: Power cleans x 7 (light)

3 sets x 20 reps:  Banded good morning / banded hip thrust

3 sets - KB swings x 20 w 70lbs + 50m sprint

Sorry - yeah he is a complete fiasco.  Training is not that complicated.  Just fng do something for Fs sake.  Crying about not having a gym as a reason he is FAT now - GTFO   

Whining complaining crying agonizing etc - blah blah - STFU and just lift stuff up and move.

Going savage and native at 4 am daily.   Rest of my crew fell off - cant deal w the cold darkness,  f em.

Did a GR Challenge in NYC -

12 Hours we did as follows:

25 Miles with Rucks

Team had 2 logs Gerry Cans, and tons of sandbags - nowhere to hide at all.

200 8 Count BB w Rucks on.
100 Step Ups w Rucks
100 4 count Lunges w Rucks on
100 Ruck Swings
100 4 count leg raises w ruck overhead

2 Team correction sessions b/c we screwed up a few times. 

Amazing event.  Was cold, windy , dark.

Great patch.

Goruck stepped up their logo game with their 2021 branding this year.

Was so great - 25 miles - everyone had to carry something.   Was hard, the cadre was tough but fun, glad to be back and past this rona crap.

Training been great.  Looking forward to rest of the year events.  Have the 50 miler, the 9/11 events, etc

Have the 13.1 West Point this weekend.
