But you stated that diabetes is the suffering from high and low blood sugar levels, which is rubbish, their condition makes them suffer from "hyperglycaemia" high blood sugar, caused by their own insulation production/response being inadequate to clear sugar from their blood.
When/if they get "hypoglycaemia" it is a side effect of their medication -taking too much exogenous insulin
Mate if you do not even understand the basics of how insulin regulates blood sugar, you really have no place arguing about anything diet related.
Oh, and you still never answered whether or not you actually measured your blood sugar level?...You probably wasn't hypo at all just being a gaylord
