I went to Hedghog's links and looked up Max OT, looks doable. I did HST for a while with great results but it sped up my metabolism too much. I was losing weight like crazy, looks would have probably balanced out with more time. Metabolism is pretty fast natually and it was impossible to keep up with the number of calories and protein te keep my weight up, let alone go up some. Right now I'm around 200, would like to be around 210 or so, should be back to december's weight, 207, in a few months.

It ver doable. I've been doing it for over 4 years now. Results are fantastic. Take the time to read the entire program. It's all about creating hypertrophy, nothing more, and supporting that with supplementation and diet.
