so, heres the plan
food
steak , fish , quinoa, oats
No sauces , or dairy, no rice, no more eggs
will be on very little carbs, 50gms of oats at work with water, a small amount of quinoa with my steak and fish purely for texture.
thats every day up until the show, Saturday the 12th will allow myself a small amount as im going watching Phantom of the Opera with my wife in London..
No carbing up at all prior to show.
Have discussed backstage prep options with the gym owner who has agreed to help me on the day..
A few concoctions lets say...
Something I am eating at the moment is fucking me up and not allowing me to get rid of the water, so its a total overall of diet.
Food so far today
2 eggs (last ones) wagu burger
chicken and rice (last lot)
2 steak burgers
later will have a rib eye steak
last meal steak burger
Will be alternating fish and steak as of tomorrow
If this doesnt get me in shape consider me retired...
