i could not stay motivated in my gym full of glorious ped monsters, realizing i can never be like them

Well, you know the answer, OP. Get back in the gym and find the motivation, that you once had to workout.
If it's difficult, then find a training partner.

You have a great base to start up again!!! And don't forget muscle memory will kick in and you'll be putting the size on again faster than you could imagine!

before that it was deteriorating for a while after some minor back injuries
i think i will lift once a week for a while on saturday for example
3 rounds of:
20-30leg press, 15-20 leg curl, 15-20 standing calf raise
3 rounds of:
12-15dumbel press, 12-15 supinated bent over barbel row
that's basically a full body workout in one hour or less

Although your arms look like they are 10"... you still look really lean which to me says... a good base to bulk with some juice and proper training/nutrition. Should look aesthetically good from gaining lean mass and being lean as you are. Don't fret.
Like others have said, you at least didn't become a balloon fatso.

if you can add a few long walks during the week this will be enough for maintenance i would think

well i have a dvd of my first lifting competition at 17 weighing 150lbs (but this was at least 3 years training already lol)
sure added size since then about 35lbs
not bulking just like that it became automatically and staid the same since

the questions were for you not me but anyway as i dont know your age you will have to figure out your own progress
if its lifting that your not motivated at the moment try taking some time out including all the surround sound porn (this mags, supplements etc). Its a bitter lesson to learn but some times trying to perpetually sticking at something where the heart isnt at the moment can destroy the interest long term. Weight increase of 15 kg since 17 sounds handy enough and doubtlessly you already know that lifting as such is more than just muscle and weight (but do have :)

painful but there is great self awreness in your statement. Sad and disappointing but if you can stop measuring your self by others then you have great freedom though whither to explore it here is questionable

i think the key is to not look at them too much (no homo) and do my thing in the gym, and go home without hanging around
maybe avoid going at the peak hours when the juice gods congregate

once a year i spend like 2 weeks in tropical sun and i still look the same when i get home

you mustve been not training for years, or had no size in the first place. i stopped training completely for 11 years and still had 18 inch arms. took 2 months to get them over 19 again and another few to get back to 20.
lost loads of strength though...came back pretty quickly, but was freaking amazing how weak i was at first.
