need pinning help

Just got my test-e. I'm going for the thigh, should I alternate every time I pin. Anyone in the San antonio area pm me.

Definitely try to evenly spread out the injections to all viable sites. You want to avoid pinning in one place all the time in order to avoid build up of scar tissue. Its part of the reason why some of the more serious users have to get inventive with injection sites.
