His physique, to me, has always been one of the better ones in bb today. His waistline never expanded and never played the size game.

I think he is one of the most underated bodybuilders out there. Age is catching up with him though. I saw him in Time Square about 2 months ago....a lot shorter than i thought he would be.

They were for one contest, but I don't think they're like that anymore. The bizarre thing is his son has huge calves.

His arms have looked like that since he's been competed, like since 1989, he got his pro car in 1992, all well before Synthol. The man was actually passing drug tests back in the 80-90's in Trinidad.

What I most admire about DC is the fact that while he would obviously be muscular without weights, he does not have the massive genes of Jay or Ronnie but is still succesfull in a sport full of giants.
DC offers mere mortals the chance to dream.........
