DEAR KEITH (ONLYME)
There was a man on my street who weighed about 400 pounds. A year later, he weighed about 230 and looks like a new person.
It wasn't anything fancy, or tough. He worked from home (as I think you do).
The man walked. Every day. He just took several long fast walks every day. He'd go out for an hour in the morning. An hour after lunch. Two hours at night. He was always walking. And it worked. He says he just started eating less, because it made walking easier. No diet. He just ate less to make all the walking easier.
keith, you are going to die in probably a few short years if you don't get your weight under control. Please don't spend hours writing out a diet plan, or planning your awesome cardio/weight routine. You're not ready yet. You just need to WALK, brother. hours everyday. Comfortably, but fast. It will add 30 years to your life, man. You don't want to die, right? Walk.
