Geeez. I already told you guys his leg is major f'd up. If hes going to exercise at all its going to be in the swimming pool. I knew a gal who lost 200lbs just treading water in the deep end of the pool. She'd be in the re for hours it seemed. She said she started at 2-3 minutes and added a minute a week until it added up.

Keiths friend is grymkowski and D'marko......those guys could get him in shape fast.
