5plates for two reps..... Almost :)

 So so close to getting the 2nd rep but stamina failed me!  I may have done one too many sets before I attempted this lession learned.  Bar speed seemed good Just lost it at the end. Working towards hitting it for four reps.

To clarify I have taken ph's back in 2006 have not touch them since' Ive never taken steroids or hgh, never injected anything into my body I've never even been DRUNK or high! The stats where taken a few years back and I haven't updated them, every thing is pretty much the same except leg and calves have decreased due to non squatting/lower back issues.  I don't own a tape measure and not about to buy one I haven't weighted myself in over a year now and never in my life have I measured my bf%. Off to gym now LEG DAY.

Or just maybe I've always had a naturally Strong benchpress and a strong work ethic? I've seen videos of ppl stronger than myself to be honest I havent focused on really increasing my
bench for years until recently lol I have a 20 year old brother on my tail hes about 210lbs and hit a 420lb press the other day!!

that spotter is as useful as a cock flavored lollipop!!! lol what is he going todo with his karate grip when he drops the weight? You can always spot the spotters that actually had to spot somebody who actually maxed out a lot.

Im comfortable with his spot' never really seems to panic only touches the bar after it stalls for a few seconds.

Thats fine -

You don't need to touch the bar with a  "dead lift reverse grip" either - but you can grab the bar easy and fast if things go bad - and of course he will not be able to snatch the bar of your chest if you drop the weight but its going to take you even longer this way.
