Title: What are your thoughts on gyno?
Post by: Cleanest Natural on January 08, 2015, 12:24:11 PM
I am reffering to the incipient phases. I recently bumped into it and besides using lethro am not really familiar with it. I am sure there are some knowledgeable betbiggers here..

I get it really bad... I can fell it start swelling up some times, when I'm not usinging engough EXEMESTANE, 12.5mg eod.  But when I bump up the test and I start to notice it I switch to every day and add 25mg of novadex to get it under control. Then I add letro once it's under control and it will shrink up to almost nothing.

Some people never get it, some get it naturally I happen to get it at anything over 500mgs a week

But once you got it you got it, the only real way to remove it is to have the gland removed which at some point in my life I will have to

There is no sure fix, Some guys respond well to letro but not all. You could try others ns see if you have any better luck. If they are extremely hard lumps surgery is usually the only option.

It is psychologically devastating for guys that get it.Of course it can happen to guys that don't even use steroids too. It seems to happen when aromatase happens when test is converted into estrogen. I would think health insurance would cover it if it's not self inflicted or known to be self inflicted. I know some guys have gone to plastic surgeons who can bill it as a medical and not a cosmetic operation. They send the removed flesh to the lab for cancer testing.

Insurance almost always won't pay anymore even when the Dr does a biopsy. My buddy went thru all that.

Cud be running g of test 2 months solid and for no reason either the left or right gland will just become active and swell for seemingly no reason and completely dissipate back to nothing within a week or so, arimidex seems to work better than nolva imo, as little as quarter of a tab and no more than half does the job plenty.

Ill just say i had it from middle school to adult hood and im still mentally fixated on my chest, even after a few surgeries. Mine wasnt hard glandular tissue, just "extra" tissue as my doc told me. Like puffy nips but no gland. Still doesnt look how i want but ive come to settle and not worry like i used to. It is definitely psychologically debilitating, especially if you are into fitness. Oddly enougg, my bro has the same issue. Doesnt give a fuck about it tho, he isnt in to fitness

Use your imagination but i have dealt with hundreds of juicers and always said if itchy sore or swollen nipples take nolva or adex asap. Once there surgery is only fix. Sensitivity varies so much from my exp.

Bro just take a shot of whiskey take a razor cut under the nipple possibly another shot after that and some needle nose pliers and rip that nipple gland outta there! Then sew that bad boy back up and no more gyno!

Thank you for all the replies. A guy I help got it but it is not visible. However you CAN feel the lump inside close to the nipple. But visually is undetectable. He went to the doctor for assurance and it confirmed it is incipient gyno. He is taking 2.5 lethro daily. At first it regressed quick. Then stopped lethro, it came back, now lethro again but it is persistant.

Had surgery in Jan 2006 - my gyno was only on the left side and I'd had it since I was about 12 or 13 so it wasn't gear-induced. It was just something that never went after puberty. However, bodybuilding made it worse and gear made it worse still. Tried nolvadex on and off to get rid of it and it stopped it getting any bigger but didn't reduce the size of the lump in any way. Never tried any AI before the surgery at all.

Got surgery through the NHS after about a two-year waiting period. Surgeon was a bit of a dick and kept telling me to lose weight/fat to make it easier for him and when he felt I had lost enough (only about 15lbs I think) he agreed to do the procedure.

Surgery itself took about 3 hours from what I remember (general anaesthetic) and the surgeon removed about 9oz of hardened tissue from the left side. They also did liposuction on the right side to even things up a bit. I was disappointed I never got to see what he removed because he told me they incinerate it after surgery. Had to stay in hospital overnight and then once discharged the next day I had wear this tight thick cotton vest thing for a three months afterwards to compress the area but I got sick of wearing it every day and took it off after a month. Stitches around the nipple were self-dissolving so they never had to be manually removed.

Nine years on from surgery I still get the occasional itching in the nipple area and there is a tiny lump that has reappeared but you can't really notice it, it's probably more psychological than anything else - kind of when someone gets their leg amputated and yet they can still feel it there if you know what I mean. I've used test since but been careful to use an AI this time and had no problems. Nolvadex stops the itching too but the effect is only temporary, like 24 hours. Arimidex sorts it completely. Yet to try aromasin but heard its better than arimidex.

And if you don't die by the infection and it's complications which are very likely, you spend the rest of your life trying to hide the scars from that stupidity..

Surgery is the way to go! You will never have to worry about it again. I had it naturally as a kid and finally made the decision in 99 to get it fixed. Even after everything I did never had any problems!

I thought all Getbiggers were Billionaires.........Sur gery cost me $2500 back in 99 so prolly $5000 now that pocket change for Getbiggers!!!!
