now post the motherfvcking diet bro.
In general my diet for 6 days a week has consisted of the following;;
-Protein shake, and fruit either apple or bananna for breakfast
-Fruit and or almonds in between
-mixture of meat btween chicken, filet steak, ground turkey, some fish (talapia), and ground beef (lean) for lunch with sweet or reg potato
-protein shake between lunch and dinner
-Same as lunch for dinner, maybe throwing in brown rice periodically
On the 7th day (usually saturday) I cheat all day and eat whatever I want....Usually two big meals out on the town..
However, never any fast food and never any carbonated drinks (other than beer).
My biggest problem is that I travel with my job so its hard to eat out clean...And, I want to drink a lot as well..
Wine instead of beer (red wine) has helped as well.
