ive been dieting for about a month now, i was fat, but now ive got soem abs going, anyway, once i start gaining again, ina few weeks, ill alloow myself to binge every once in a whil;e, but this time it wont be on junk food, ill do it with fat free flavored yogurst, fruits, fat free sorbet, steak + chicken+ protei sources),low fat carb/prtoein dishes...etc etc... i feel its ookay to over eat as long as its only carbs and protein or only fats and protien..
