Cant choose between two routines for size.

If you had a choice between these two routines which one would you choose?

1.
Push Pull 5x5

Mon/Thurs
Bench Press
Incline DB Press
Military Press
Lateral Raises
Scullcrushers
Dips


Tues/Fri
Squat
SLDL
Deadlifts
Bent Over BB Rows
BB Curls
DB Curls


2.
Incline DB 3x5
Flat flys 2x10
Dead lifts 3x5
BB Rows 2x10
Military Press 3x5
Laterals 2x10
Squats 3x5
Leg Press 2x10
BB curls 3x5
DB Curls 2x10
Scull crushers 3x5
Dips 2x10
Calf Raises 5x10

Neither of those.  I'd break it down like this with heavy compound movements 3 days week.  Fill in what exercises you like but, something like this:

M - pushing (bench, military, and tri work, etc.)

W - Legs (squats, leg press, calves, etc)

F - Pull (dead lifts, rows, bi work, etc)

I used this in the past and it works great.  You will need the rest between if you go heavy enough.  And you will feel sore a bunch.   ;D

Good point, you have to try and see what works for you.  Some folks each body part 1 time a week is good.  Others have to do twice a week to get some good results.  And some can do a whole body 3 times a week for good results.   Just depends on the person and quality of their diet, sleep, etc.

pretty hard to focus on weak point trainings when you only go 3 days a week. I strongly suggest 4 or even 5 days a week. The best bodies on the planet are built with this type of training...
