Brutal taking your picture in front of your car with the license plate exposed and posting the pic online.

Very good improvements Dov - you've obviously worked hard to get rid of the fat - nice one.

"ramrod"??!! HAHA...... currently-high protein(300g/day), Low carb(50g/day), fat(25g/day)...I've slowly decreased my carb intake along the way...I've been on my diet since June 1....I continue to weight train the same way(heavy compounds with isolation BB movements) and have steadily increased my cardio efforts since June 1..have steadily progressed from 20 min. cardio sessions every other day to 30 min. sessions daily to two 30 min sessions daily....supplements-protein shakes, creatine, BCAA's..no ECA

Why don't you just do a keto diet then?

I'd rather slowly decrease my carbs instead of taking them out completely..I don't know much bout the Keto diet, but it seems a little drastic and possibly lead to more muscle loss...Is this an accurate assumption? Thanks

Actually it's less drastic than what you're doing now, seeing that your carbs are at 50g a day and fats at 25g. If you were dieting at around 150-200g of carbs a day it would be a different story, but 50g is extremely low. The brain needs 100g of carbs a day to function properly, unless if you're in ketosis then it's zero.

Keto is high protein, moderate fat, low carb. The carbs are just trace carbs(the ones in veggies etc...). When the brain is in ketosis it's functioning off of fats, which you'll be getting plenty of, as opposed to functioning off of carbs. You can keep doing what you're doing, as it's obviously working well. I'd have no energy on 50g of carbs and 25g of fat a day though.

so just how many grams of fat would you suggest I take in? What would be some wise choices for fat intake? Thanks

I wouldn't worry about changing anything with the progress you have shown in 6 months.  Unless you hit a wall for a month then maybe change it up since the last bit of fat is the hardest to shed.

I plan to cut carbs out for the last 2 weeks before the GBIII contest..they are very low now..I've slowly cut them since June 1..I'll keep everything else the same and just cut water b4 the pics are taken..should I carb up the night b4 the pics are taken? Perhaps 2 cups oatmeal/banana ?

Nah, just stick with what you're doing now. But next time you diet you should give it a shot, it might make dieting more enjoyable. For your carb up, go with some oats or grits. Once again, great progress man.

I'm entering..why do you take such pleasure in ripping me? It's not like I fucked your toothless whore of a mother. You seem to be the only poster on this thread who is in attack mode. Is this some kind of twisted, round-about payback for being sodomized as a lonely teenaged boy-toy? You really enjoy stalking every post I make. What say you, my friend? Please speaketh your tormented mind! ;)

dov don't change a thing, unless you hit a wall. what you are doing is working, and it looks like you haven't lost much if any muscle. good job.

as for samuel's recommendations. i disagree, i would drop the fats lower if you are stalling. that way you'll get more bang for the buck in terms of the calorie drop.dropping carbs further from 50 to 30 or less would do nothing imho. but dropping fats from 25 to 10 or less say, will have an effect. but like i said only if/when you stall.

What'll happen to his hormone levels on such a low fat diet?!
It'll also very hard to digest fat soluble vitamins on 10 gr. a day fat diet!!!!
