Hahaha Exactly. I'm 5'10" FFS and been training since I was 16yo... by 18 I was already in the 205lb range. Nothing superhuman or magical.

Been posted 100times but as a reminder of what a 16yo with 'decent' genetics looks like, A23@16.

It is kinda crazy how some on here think it "impossible" to get over 200 solid lbs on your frame if you are under 6' without a boatload of drugs....
