His way to lift weights is like a piston but it's not super heavy.

In the video above, you can see that Flex was standing about a foot closer to the camera on the rear poses. Shawn and Dorian were on the line, Flex had moved well past the line. It’s the most obvious on the rear lat spread. That rear last spread was not even close, so Flex’s had tactics failed.

This another perfect example of the horrible cameraman at the 93.

The angles of the shots aren't right for each pose, and show nothing.  Then stupid closeups and scans.

Props to Arnold Platz though for finding the high quality versions.
