Edwina Currie interviewed last night. Trying to distance herself from the fact that she appointed Savile as head of Broadmoor. She mentions that Savile used to always make sure he had something to hold over people so he could blackmail them to keep quiet. Coincidentally she was having a 4 year affair with future prime minister John Major at the time so I wonder if Jimmy knew about it.
