No he didn't and lost eight pounds in one day. He better get his usual shredded conditioning for the Olympia or he will drop out of top six. Not sure if Fak is still working with him but he needs to get that crazy conditioning back to overcome structural flaws. Bad color, posing, not enough oil and def acted like he didn't want to be there shuffling off stage.

Aaron elegantly posed to a VERY inspirational song. Totally atypical and completely original. New, cutting edge music. I had never heard that song, or a song like it, for that matter. I won't soon forget it, I sincerely promise you that. Traditionally, bodybuilders never pose to that type of music. Aaron may have started a new trend in the sport. I'm not sure if the fans or judges were ready for that non-cliche' music style (as of yet). Aaron is quite the risk taker. He certainly is not one to just "follow others". That song has officially inspired me.

Also, Aaron's athleticism is very apprent in that video. Great performance. Artistic. Very graceful.

The last thing he should do is add more size. These smaller guys max out their frame and get the gut quickly from it.

You're still technically better than hundreds of (top) amateur guys, so it's all relative. So many are genetically gifted and hard working, but only 6 or less go home with a plastic trophy.
