since september 03 for 2 months with machine weights. then i was sick and didnt touch them till jan 04. in which i dropped 2 stone. had a few less serious recurrences but every now and again get knocked for 6. almost 4 years now man.

If you want a big bench press you should be training arms.  Tons of tricep work and hammer curls especially.

just lettin y aknow folks things goin well with trianing tho i do feel slightly drained a lotta the time. ah well only 3 and a half weeks to go time to put up or shut up.

bench goin great. deadlift too. took a week of squats cos hurt groin. be back doing it on friday. maybe tomorro all being well. ill just lower weight slightly then build back up

I think u should start training more seriously, u havnt changed at all.......mwahahahaha only messin mate, looking large bro, keep it up and good luck in up and coming events!!

The pics of u from the back ur traps look huge!! Take up alot of ur back. wicked!

yeh iv been about but i noticed u hadnt been?!

Rugbys goin ok, missed couple weeks with medial ligament strain, but had kick ass leg session today, leg raise and front squats wer great, then actually felt faint after at least 2 out of 3 of my leg press sets, + at least one of my SLDL sets, was actually pretty awesome lol. Intensity hehe.

Seems uv managed to put on more size now that uv focused more on powerlifting, do u think ur change away from just bodybuilding and to powerlifting has been the difference??

Il Pm u with my routine, let u give it a wee looksy, i like it at mo, like urself iv cut down on volume aswell tho i am only i gym 3 days a week due to rugby training.

Do u think ur bodybuilding type training will be that different to what ur doing now?? i mean if ur able to get alot stronger at the moment +ur getting bigger then i cant imagine ud wanna change that much??

And of course u wer missed, wee missed ur trainnig log and the irish charm lol.
