you need to go to the gym and train ,,you need hormones and lots of them the higher you get,,you need the consistency of human grade products and most importantly ,,,NOT EVERYBODYBUILDER IS STRONG,,when you see a strong bodybuilder you will know he is strong the moment he enters the gym,,you can tell on the fella he is strong and not only blown,,his muscle shape will be inferior in most cases but lb for lb he will be stronger and will remain looking good even off the hormones,,he will have consistancy to him that the rounder muscle bellies fella wont have on and off the hormones,,
then again what counts in bodybulding is the hormones and who ever look better ON THOSE HORMONES
