I want him to go to Wilson NC and try some day old Chitlings and hot sauce although if the ingredients is known ahead of time it probably wont happen.

I'm thinking when I retire, I'll travel the U.S. using that show as my destination guide. I plan on mapping out my trips to visit all the "Best of" type food places... Best pizza in New York, Best Philly CHeese Steak in Philly etc etc..
