When I get in a slump and don't feel like going to the gym I look at my fat friends and say I don't want to be like that.

been a bit slack last 12 months
decided 8 weeks ago to hit it 5 days a week
getting up early at 4.45 am and training before work
some days i don't feel like it but just get into it

Good call. Looking at porn and sexually arousing materials have been shown to actually increase test levels.
Looking at sexually arousing pictures and/or videos is an excellent way to motivate yourself.

Since I started my weight loss journey, I dont think I ever felt in a slump..I love going now, but I do keep my fat girl picture on my dresser mirror and vow never to be that way again, not for me but for my daughter too

Sometimes you just need time off Karl. Don't go crazy with the junk food, but just forget about the gym for a week if that's what you want to do.
Motivation is like jizz. Give it a couple days to regenerate and there will be more than you know what to do with. ;D
