According to CNN 50 percent agree with decsion and 49 percent disagree with 48 percent approve of the mandate to 51 percent disapprove.

Meanwhile a different poll has 56 percent now saying they want detractors to stop trying to block the law and move on to other

that fact is that most people have not yet experienced the benefits (but those who have are all for it) and when that starts to hapen in 2013 and beyond the popularity will continue to go up
