any suggestions as to what i could do to remedy this ???

when is it hurting? during the entire workout? heavy weights? what? ???

neoprene pad, glucosomine, joint roll on, hot tub, ice, rest it.

My elbow tends to hurt if I do bicep curls w/my elbows resting on anything.
