When I saw the dude on the cover I instantly purchased this book. I read it cover to cover that night and dove right into the 42 Day diet and training program. I gained 35 lbs of solid muscle in that time TOTALLY NATTY. The only supplements I took were protein shakes, creatine monohydrate, and BCAAs. Big contributor to my 23" upper arms. Dr Ellington Darden is one of the greatest Bodybuilding minds on the planet.

I purchased the book in 1996 and had already been using Creatine. Let me know if I need to repeat this a third time.

Best bodybuilding book by a Japanese homo. A meditation on Sun, Steel, pain, death, The Cult of the Hero. Jacked and tan is the way. Then a ritual death at the physical peak

Muscletech was 75 grams of dextrose, 10 grams of creatine, sodium and lipoic acid.
Nasty sweet concoction.

Of course us smarter ones shot 10-20iu of Humalog with our creatine lol.

Then Bill Phillips said to mix wine, glycerol and creatine before an event where you wanted to look your best  :D

Yeah, but that dextrose is what caused the 7689.7583476% better gains than all other supps. ;D
