They should have made An Officer and a Gentleman II where the whore divorces Richard Gere, gets all his stuff and half his military retirement pay.
and Gere ends up living on the streets with mental health issues watching immigrants getting set up in lavish hotels.
Can see Mel Gibson directing this movie based on a true story .Libs would burn the planet.
I like this idea a lot - I see two different directions though after the initial emotional set-up proposed by Humble N
1) Pure action - Gere snaps one day and becomes a kind of cross between a vigilante and John Wick - ambushing newcomers and despatching them in a variety of unusual (and smelly) ways - including pencils, of course - while the whole city cheers him on silently
2) The comedy angle - Gere falls into the underground world of bum-fights - and is a drunken natural who rises to the top - like Rocky but with Fentanyl. Oh, and his trousers keep falling down - that's his trademark
