Last year dennis' excuse was chad had him doing a keto diet before the olympia, now its he was eating burgers.........what a crock of shit, how about just saying " I wasnt inshape".......

But thats a bodybuilder for ya, always wants to pass the buck and put the blame on someone else.

I just think he's still in the trial and error phase of his career and still learning what works and what doesn't. That makes it more work for guys like Nicholls and Hany. But even thogh he was "off", he looked nothing like Priest in 2003!!!!!

He should try actually doing his own "prep", learn for himself instead of shelling out $$$$$$ for someone else to tell him when/what to do/eat.

He made it to the IFBB  by himself. I assume he hired Nicholls in an attempt to reach the "NEXT LEVEL". I think Shawn Ray and Leverone are the very few who have prep'd on their own.

when his gym goes under he'll have plenty of free time  ;D

however you make a good point above regarding doing it himself. Lee priest always talks about doing it himself and says to just keep doing the basics, don't fuck with things on the last few days etc.

chad seems to do exactly that, and fucks/experiments with things the last few days.

Dennis seems like a nice guy, but doesn't seem too driven. At least from the couple of videos I've seen, he lacked that Yates/Coleman intensity that others like Branch or even Kai bring. Gret genetics only take you so far.. I like his physique, but he's gotta bring it..
