I was often mistaken for Robert Downey Jr. in my svelt years, so maybe it is time. Getting ready to play some football in about an hour. That is one of the best workouts you can do (minus the injury risk)

Looks like I will be a mod soon, so I should start shopping for some smaller clothes and a pinky ring.

Back in 2010/2011 is when I went from 240-245 to 175 pounds. The best supplement stack I ever took (and I have taken my fair share) was USP's Pre-workout JACKED and the fat burner Oxy Elite pro.

Man!!!!! I was so geeked up all of the time on that stuff. It was almost like I was on some drug (which was a reason why it was banned)

Its so hard to match the energy levels I had back then. Could come home after a full 10 hour shift, and workout for another hour on top of that.

I just have to get that ball rolling again. Its hard to stop once it gains enough momentum.

Consistency is key. Back when I used to try to workout after work, I would say, "just walk through the doors and leave. Just get your ass there and then you can turn around and leave". And I would go. And I would stay for a workout. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. They key (for me) was to get there.

These days, I am more motivated and my gym is in the basement and I usually workout in the morning. If I let it go to the afternoon, the chance of blowing it off go up. That said, I am continually dissatisfied with my appearance (it's an illness, really), so I rarely miss a workout.

No shit that's you???   I thought that was RDJ on the set of IronMan..

Serious question... Why would anyone come to this site if they weren't either in great shape or in the process of getting there??? And by in the process I dont mean the perpetual "wait til you see it"...   I just can't comprehend this..

Delusion is strong here!!

Lol, I could tell this was Forilla Gorilla post even before I saw the screen name. You are way too predictable.

Would love to see a pic of you, stud.

Btw, everyone on this site is in the midst of "the process".  All of us are obviously on different starting blocks.

Btw, being negative/pessimistic all of the time is no way to live.

One Leg Longer Than The Other

I've got one leg longer than the other
For that I blame my crackhead mother,
I walk like a gimp and look like a cripple,
From sucking crack milk from mommy's infected nipple.

One leg was slightly off of the driveway. That would be the few inch difference.

Jacked destroyed my erections and gave me terrible headaches.
