lol I'm too natural. I've been doing very light training since january after my 6 month lay off, and have been doing low rep range training for over a month or so.

I really hope I'm able to sustain this without ruining my back again, but if my back starts to ake I'm just gonna do presses and hacks but not quit weight lifting again

Sev is now clearly trolling his friend here.
He's using his pics and trying to get a rise out of people.
Its clear to anyone with a functioning pair of eyes poor Borat has just about the narrowest and least developed body in this thread.

What are you planning on doing with him after this contest, sev? Will he be focusing on adding size for a year? With a big , tall frame he would look great with another 15lbs of muscle

If he adds just clean carbs he would shoot up to 235-240 easily but he does not want to get that big and I don't see the purpose of it anyway. He will eat clean and go clean and slowly revert to his natural shape. I am a fan of growing into a show
