full body workouts 2 days in a row followed by a day of rest, repeat. first day you focus on half the body using lower rep ranges while doing the other half of the body higher rep ranges. second day reverse that. take 2 days off when needed.
What a bunch of bullshit.
Total overtraining.
If I did that I would feel trashed and my CNS would be shot after like 1 week. Even when I do legs 2x per week after a couple weeks it fucks me up too much and it's overtraining.
This might work if your training intensity is shit.
You have a shitty physique considering your drug intake dude. Maybe yoiu should open your mind to more normal training routines?
