Laugh now, but the combination of work boots, sleeveless flannel, and daisy dukes has been shown to be more anabolic than Dianabol.....

I LOVE my Adidas weightlifting shoes.   8)

Saucony Stabils for cardio, Adidas weightlifting shoes for weight training.


my mate is exactly the same.

cost him 132quid, maybe 250dollars. swears buy them

the same old Nike 30 dollar shoes i've worn for 2 years, quit worrying about your gay ass footwear and train.

Except when I am high bar squatting for high reps, then I bust out the Adidas Oly shoes.

he uses them for military press everything. says feels so strong and stable

Yes, those are the ones I wear.  They are AWESOME.   Expensive but worth the $.

They help stop your feet from turning inward when you bench press and are very stable for squatting, etc.

"Running" shoes seem to work fine for me.
