It literally fills in cuts and ruins months of conditioning.
To apply in the best manner possible,one should just put dabs in the form of spots on the competitor and with the hand,"pull"/brush with the fingertips the slop :D to the sides.
He loos great though,but IMO,would look far better with Pro-Tan and some Pam or "Hot Stuff".

I've also seen most of the field use this stuff and one or two not use it. The ones not using it haven't looked as impressive, almost like the other guys have an unfair advantage. Especially from a distance it can look great.

the first thing 'clearly incompetent' fucked up was putting borat on deca and eq as pre contest stack. just wasted mgs. of course, clearly incompetent has never used anything he suggests people do, hes a parasite who just reguritates what he sees/ hears/ reads. so it comes a no surprise.
borats had a good 20 weeks to put on the dense tissue which he is clearly lacking, which he could have put on if he wasnt under the guidance of such a hack. thats the first problem.
the second problem is that sev that dildo has been dieitng him for 20 weeks when he didnt need it. then he gave him compounds that in conjunction do fuck all. and then deprived him of cals and compounds that could have been used in the early stages of his prep to fill him out and create some good tissue.
in closing, he pretty much fucked it all up. like theres nothing about this he didnt fuck up. poor borat. he doesnt know better. they live on the other side of the moon over there so he figures his buddy sev is on the inside track when it comes to all this. lol

He could have used different compounds and ate way more food for 8-10 weeks and dropped the weight in 8 and then ate back up again and filled out.

Without proper carb/water balance the muscles have shrunk so quickly the skin hasn't tightened up around them. Follow "no one's" advice and try to get some semblance of muscle thickness and then shrink the skin into it. You should have the skin acting like shrink wrap and it should look and feel dry.
Better have his arms in near his torso for the majority of his posing routine, because when he extends he disappears. Focus on ab, ab/thigh, or lat shots where his arms are secondary anyway because they are going to disappear.
He is too early for 3 weeks out.....

About the book's that's a shame, I was really enjoying your thread, honestly put like and inch on my arms doing the kinda training you talked about although I still don't fully understand it. I just totally up the volume and frequency and have no or very little rest....fucking brutal.
I used to do that kinda training in for MMA and I think I was probably in the best shape of my life. Is your routine similar to say stuff like " The Rich Franklin Workout" in below video or like than Randy Couture type workouts......or say some of the Milos Sarcev hour long giant set stuff or are there fundamentally many differences other than no or very little sets, high volume and high frequency?
Would be really cool if you could continue with that thread of yours, was probably the best one I ever read on Getbig for training.
About Radu, what drugs would you have had him on and at what doses. I just come off test for 1st ever cycle, about month off now ( test didn't do much for me) so would be good to see what you recommend for a second cycle for relative noob to sterons. 750mg Test made my fucking RBC go through the roof had to give two pints of blood, not sure how Radu can handle 1600mg as a first cycle, seems nuts to me personally (no disrespect to sev) but i guess people have different thresholds.

Yeah basically what you are saying is totally true and like 90% correct but still I just don't think I am suited to test because my body aromatises like a bitch and means I have to take high does AI all the time which makes me feel like shit. On 500mg Test and 0.25 Arimidex EOD my fucking E2 levels were 296 pmol/l......lmao......only when I went to 1MG for 2 weeks ED and the 1mg EOD did they drop down to 66 pmol/l which was more acceptable.
But problem is the high dose AI make me wanna kill myself, hate it.
About RBC not sure if they were elevated before, I am guessing probably have genetic disposition for it but will check some old blood works and see what they were pre-cycle.
I basically need to stay with Anabolics and not Androgens that aromatise easily. Next cycle will be something like 250mg Test every 10-14 days....with low dose Tren & Mast or maybe Tren and Var....basically dry shit and I won't be going on gear unless I am 12% BF or lower.
High Test is no good for me, makes me horny and hungry all the time, turns me into a bigger insomniac than I already am and makes me want to party constantly and I can't control it. Doesn't suit me. I mean I love it for the fun factor but not for bodybuilding purposes.

its brutal but it works. magically so. now i can not just train my whole body every day and not be sore, i am fucking around with training my whole body 2x a day 3x a week on top of it. my strength is the same from am to pm workouts thru all sets. i dont doubt i could train my whole body 2x a day every day, but it becomes a time managment thing more of a body not being able to do it thing. between work and cycling its hard to find the time some days so 3x a week for now. my recovery is hru the roof. the body adapts if you force it to. you become a highly functioning human machine. thats on top of 60-75km of singletrack a week- thats like sprinting all out for an hour 5-6 hours a week. as an experiment i upped my dose on this from 350mgs every 5-7 days by 400mgs for 4 weeks. i had to drop it back down. i blew up to 248. thats the biggest and leanest ive been since my 2g stacks and gh. it was fucking ridiculous the response i got.
people just dont train enough. over training is a fucking joke. mike menter is rolling in his grave right now. anyone who says i dont train hard and thats why i can train with this frequency is welcome to try to follow me thru a workout and ill be happy to bury you. in 20 minutes i train a bodypart that would take most an hour. you jump into this it will fuck you up. it takes about 3 weeks of getting used to the time compression (no rest between sets) and another 3 or 4 to get used to training your whole body 3 times a week. by the time week 8 rolls around your ready to train it every day. i found around week 16 or so i was ready to train it 2x a day.
i would have put radu on tren ace. enanthate. anadrol for the start of his prep and upped his cals as he was already very lean. i would have kept these compounds in maybe switched to var maybe not. depends on how he reacted to it. i like long esters they keep you more full so i prolly would have tried to keep his enanthate in as long a possible, prolly till about this point and switched to prop just to make his drop easier.
will grant gave some excellent advise that many will glance over but it is the backbone of cycling- find out what compounds you react best to, and use those. disregard the rest. it took me prolly close to a decade of fucking about to find out what my body liked best compound wise. now at even very low dose with those compounds im making the gains of my life without gh, just by training harder and more.

Not off base I just switched to some different compounds as the show got closer. As far as his diet goes there is nothing all that exciting. I'm just adjusting things to keep the progress going. He's not on any type of fat burners so just relying on diet for the fat loss.

I never realized until now that someone could not retain subcutaneous water if they lacked X amount of muscle mass. Thanks for the info. Can you tell us how much more muscle he needs to acquire until his body is able to retain fluid?

The problem is not just a very low cal diet but a very low cal AND low carb keto based diet. So if you don't have much muscle mass to begin with the muscle literally melts away and the steroids can't protect muscle what's not there in the first place and will just waste away. He will lose 2-3lb muscle for every 1lb fat approx doing it the way he has.
You just can't get away with doing keto diet for too long and should only be doing it for say 4-8 weeks not fucking 20 otherwise you end up looking like shit and concentration camp victim. He's body is resisting because its effectively shutting down, too low calorie, too low carbs, too quickly and for too long is the problem.
I went to Lee Priest seminar he told me its a huge mistake to ever go below 250g of carbs when dieting, for more than a month.
Lee will up cardio substantially instead to get the job done while eating 250g carbs and only drop carbs super low for last 2-4 weeks before show.
Comes in full and shredded that way as opposed to withering away all the muscle and looking flat as a pancake doing it for 20 weeks. ::)
Super Low carb dieting for long periods of time is the result of Radu's problems when he didn't have much mass to begin with not just the drug choices.

My opinion is this. Whatever he has or doesn't have physique wise has to do with genetics primarily.
Yes there are stronger steroids than EQ and Deca but doing them would not have magically added 20lbs of pure muscle during prep. All steroids pretty much work the same way, some are more potent on a milligram basis basically. There are some differences but relatively minor in the big scheme of things.
1600mg you guys say is a crazy dose, yet also weak as shit... which is it, was he on a lot of drugs or was he on mostly inert compounds that didn't help him at all? If Sev had put him on test, tren, masteron, anadrol, t3, clen, DNP, GH and insulin and the guy would have looked more impressive you guys would have cried about the excessiveness of it all, despite great results.

That is a fallacy on here which makes my blood boil when people go on about low carb dieting year round bullshit as a magic solution and state you don't lose muscle. Total horseshit its physiologically impossible not too lose muscle doing that approach for too long and drugs can go so far in preventing it.
They don't take into account that guys like Gal were big perma-bulker back in the day for a very long time and built up muscle over many years. Yes if you added 30lb of muscle over 10 year and lost 10lb of it with super low carb/fasting diet approach while getting shredded you would still have a lot of muscle and extra shreddedness will make you look bigger.
But you cannot compare a guy like Gal to Radu who is on his FIRST cycle and only training 6 months.
For the time frame he has had Radu progress is amazing. But in my opinion he is starting competing way too early for his own good. Needed to add some quality muscle over 1-2 years and then give it a go.
Guys like Gal and no one would have even more muscle if they didn't do silly fasting and super low carb diets for extended periods of time.
Nothing wrong with doing that say for 2-3 months, but year around I don't give flying monkey fuck what anyone says no question you are costing yourself muscle.
And this is exactly what Lee Priest told me in his seminar and I 100% agree with him based on my own experience.
Never drop carbs lower than 250g unless its for like 6-8 weeks max.
You should eat more but burn more through cardio.
That will spare muscle and give you full, round, shredded like.
Unlike flat pancake concentration camp victim look.

They don't take into account that guys like Gal was big perma-bulker back in the day for a very long time and built up muscle over many years. Yes if you added 30lb of muscle over 10 year and lost 10lb of it with super low carb/fasting diet approach you would still have a lot of muscle.
But you cannot compare a guy like Gal to Radu who is on his FIRST cycle and only training 6 months.
For the time frame he has had Radu progress is amazing. But in my opinion he is starting competing way too early for his own good. Needed to add some quality muscle over 1-2 years and then give it a go.
Guys like Gal and no one would have even more muscle if they didn't do silly fasting and super low carb diets for extended periods of time.
Nothing wrong with doing that say for 2-3 months, but year around I don't give flying monkey fuck what anyone says no question you are costing yourself muscle.
And this is exactly what Lee Priest told me in his seminar and I 100% agree with him based on my own experience.
Never drop carbs lower than 250g unless its for like 6-8 weeks max.
You should eat more but burn more through cardio.

My opinion is this. Whatever he has or doesn't have physique wise has to do with genetics primarily.
Yes there are stronger steroids than EQ and Deca but doing them would not have magically added 20lbs of pure muscle during prep. All steroids pretty much work the same way, some are more potent on a milligram basis basically. There are some differences but relatively minor in the big scheme of things.
1600mg you guys say is a crazy dose, yet also weak as shit... which is it, was he on a lot of drugs or was he on mostly inert compounds that didn't help him at all? If Sev had put him on test, tren, masteron, anadrol, t3, clen, DNP, GH and insulin and the guy would have looked more impressive you guys would have cried about the excessiveness of it all, despite great results.
As far as what Junior says about going low carb or keto for long periods being bad... I thought this forum was a big supporter of low protein, only eating when "needed", fasting whole days frequently, never eating either before or after training, doing whole body training everyday, adding in lots cardio such as cycling... which results in ZERO muscle loss even with very low anabolic intake. Galeniko and no one style.
So, what exactly is the major mistake the guy has made?

If you can get away with 250 grams per day then by all means. Better yet, 500g a day. :D
It depends on how fat you are, how long until target date etc.
I have no problem with carbs, if you can eat them then do so. Though can't deny some pros under Palumbo have looked good despite the keto diet.
My training partner is a couple of months out of show and carbs are around 100 a day, with "only" 300 grams of protein (plus some aminos). And he's doing 2-3 hours of low intensity cardio a day (2 weight sessions per day most days). What should he do, lower protein so he can increase carbs to 250? Increase cardio to maybe 5-6 hours to accomodate for the carbs?
Also remember, Lee was never one of the crazy shredded guys. Flabby glutes. :D

Radu trains 4 times a week with weights for almost an hour and does 2 sessions currently of 45 min low intensity cardio. Diet varies.
Lee forgot to mention that when you have two pharmacies up your ass the body needs more arbs than a beginner competitor on his 3rd cycle ;) .. also not everyone has the same metabolism.

You have done an amazing Job with what you have had to work with and no doubt in 1-2 year time Radu (if he keeps it up) will add more muscle with same level conditioning etc. The fact that this is first time on gear, only trained 6 months is amazing in itself no question.
But my feeling is your pushing him too hard too soon to compete, why is he even wanting to compete after just 6 months solid training, personally I would have taken a longer term approach but obviously its his choice.
My point about extended bouts of very low carb/zero carb dieting for long time being completely unnecessary and detrimental (unless it's to drop water couple week before show) still stands. I used to be big fan of Keto and Lyle McDonald Ultimate Diet 2 before I realized its fucking stupid unless you have huge rush to get in shape quickly.....like suddenly you have to do photoshoot in couple months you didn't know about it.
Every time Radu eats carbs he looks amazing, no need to keep inflating and deflating him like a balloon for so long.
With him obviously he is already lean, why so drastic? You sacrifice too much muscle with this approach.

I must be doing something right, right? why doesn't bigmc improve but stays a fat dude who never seen his abs? why does simone look the same year after year? etc.. If I start something I want to see progress.. everything else is cheap talk and mere froth.

Look bro I am a fan of yours (I told Bigmc many times) and I gave you kudos for your achievements with Radu for doing great job in such a short space of time and I am giving you my honest assessment and not hating for no reason or claiming to know more than you or Jim etc....so lets not make it personal.
I never done a contest prep and yes I never seen my abs (maybe just the top bit)...haha
But that doesn't mean I haven't been around guys for so many years and train with them day in day out and don't know what they are doing for their preps not just based on reading some articles but by actually talking to them in gym daily etc.
My view is from my own personal experience and most those of others I talk to is that, yes very low cal/low carb dieting will get you shredded ....but you are always going to be sacrificing muscle doing it that way.
The guys that eat more and train more (more cardio) always look best in my opinion.

I hold my own off drugs easily with anyone. We are NOT in the same league genetics wise.
I build Radu from zero and taught him everything I know. I also got countless people in shape. I also achieved a much better body than those two in your gym. So I am not sure what are you babbling about taking credit .. I trained the guy from day one and you can't even train yourself let alone take credit for someone else.
You need a reality check because you are starting to lose it like pigmc or simone.
PS: your "boys" are taking the piss on you if you think they got ripped on 3000 cals meaning with 2-300 cals less than Dorian precontest. You are very naive.

LOL!!! Is this pic supposed to look good? Why is your entire body void of all tissue density and muscular development? These are photos you should be embarrassed to show. Go on bodybuilding.com, you'll find roughly 1 million teenagers with more lean tissue than this (I'm dead serious.)

I'm not saying his approach was good or bad. However, the way most bodybuilders, especially pros, do cardio is very casual walking, it's hardly "cardio" for most. I think Bob Chick said he did max 3.2mph on the treadmill. But, Bob on the other hand said anything over 45min will burn muscle LOL.
I think I was wrong about this guy doing the crazy amount of cardio for his first show. I think it was a couple of years into it. Here is the burnt out 9 hours of walking a day routine result. :D

Priest was known for being an off season fatty with his seefood buffet diet...hence the NEED for hours of cardio to get in shape.
And Sev brother, you look good and healthy. People here are forgetting that you relatively recently had surgery for a torn achillies.

Just an amteur bb from my hometown in Sweden. Reason I mentioned him is because cardio was talked about so I remebered this crazy fella. I asked him what he did that year to get in such excellent shape. He told me about the cardio routine, "I started walking in the morning, returned to the appartment occasionally to eat some fish and was out the door again" ;) I was like wtf! :D Excessive? Maybe but it worked very well for him.
I blacked out his face because I don't know if he want's his face here, even though I wrote nothing negative, just relaying one man's rather unusual "cardio" routine.

You have to be lucky, and do your walking in the dark of night in some isolated area, perhaps the woods, wear long sleeves, avoid typical GASP type clothing, when you see a cop car down the street take a detour to avoid confrontation lol. Luck is probably most important thing. :D

Casual walking isnt exactly an athletic endeavour.
People ask me if I do cardio, I say, I walk the dogs, but really, it isnt cardio in the true sense, my heart rate isnt soaring or Im not perspiring so really as far as im concerned its not true cardio.
saying a guy walks 9 hours a day for cardio is like saying everyone does cardio who walks from a to b.
Exactly.....I walk on an inclined treadmill when prepping.......nothing too fast though.
I don`t want to get into too great of a condition. LOL ;D
