Title: Other categories than G and O are pretty useless

Thought maybe to find something to help me with my tendon rupture.
95% of that stuff is garbage.....very disappointing indeed.

Yep. That's the way it's always been here. I don't even check the other boards anymore.

That is because you did not ask me, I want you to take a look at the semitendinosus tendon then try releasing it from the musculotendinous junction then with the tibial epiphysis and the lateral femoral condyle we want to fix it to the periosteum, once this is done you should no longer have any problems.

The steroid board seems to have some intelligent and straight-up info,compaired to other steroid boards on the net which are pretty bullshity most of them.

Without having good ol' Karl Kox approve your work, via intense cracking, it was not as fulfilling as it could have been... :(
