Don't know about menopause but I'm pretty sure they may be the cause of PMS.

I like the fact women lose the ability to procreate at a certain age.
Nothing more disturbing than a 50yr old pregnant chick. By the time the kid is 10yrs old, she can't wipe her own ass let alone the kids.

I read this article and its very silly. Considering that for the majority of the time humans have existed most adults didnt live as long as they do now, it would make sense the prime reproductive years would be short and early. Also, humans developed a system where the older generation would assist in the raising of children thus insuring great child mortality. You can't have such a system if grandma is still pumping out kids.

I would think the child would be toilet trained by the age of 10,
...and if someone can't wipe their own tush at the age of 60, ...something is very wrong.

My 24 yr. old adopted daughter just had a baby a little over eight months ago.
Guess what, ...when she was between 7-8 months into gestation, she was lamenting about the fact that she couldn't even wipe her own tush.... at the ripe old age of 23
