How do u really know when PCT is complete

So how do u really know when pct is done. I mean, Im doing a pretty standard clomid pct; sometime i wonder, should i be taking more; less; something different....just wondering how do u know when your back to "normal"?

Two or three weeks is enough pct after a cycle. After that bloodwork should be drawn to see where your E2
If your in tuned to your body you can feel if your estrogen is high by the classsic swelling of ankles and high bp.

Like said above when you get done taking your PCT supplements and get some bloodwork showing your body and all your vital oragns are in normal range along with your RBS's and WBC's.
I would also get your natural test level checked just to see where it is at.

Blood work and time. Keep in mind you will not be fully recovered after PCT. Full recovery can take a very long time.

Exactly!

It takes months to be fully recovered even after PCT.
