You can but I usually take it with breakfast & then with lunch.

dosage 100mcg a day will do a lot !

it is not anabolic !

does the same way as efedrine , but would be active in body for days...

I've used agguys liq clen for the last two months (2 wks on, 2wks off) and did some high intensity cardio every morning. The results were phenomonal.

Lost 1.5 inches around waist and 2.5 inches around navel.

I love liquid clen...I find it far more effective then the tabs. I have no scientific reasoning as to why this seems to work better, for me it just does.

i have read about to a clen cycle for cutting, looks great as long as diet and cardio is in check.
might be worth a try, the above information looks good for sure

*Taste like shit

*It's easier to draw it out with a syringe...not sure how accurate the dropper is...with a syringe you know exactly what you're getting.

*I just take it all at once...half life is around 36 hrs

*Decreases my appetite

*I used to run ECA on the off wks, but it got to where this was upsetting my stomach, so I go nothing these 2wks.

Can't say I've tried it. Lion Nutrition's clen tastes pretty good but it's too pricey. Right now I've got about 900 40mcg tab so I'm doing just fine.

Can/should Clen be taken during a cycle. I am currently in my 6th week of my first cycle - Test Cyp 500 mgs wk - ? Have been happy with the gains so far - about 10 lbs and definate increase in strength but of course would love some help in the fat loss category.

Yes, it can. But you should probably keep an eye on your BP if you're on cycle & taking clen.
