Cyclist on pavement gets into argument with pedestrian who challenged him about cycling on path, the guy who died suffers from Aspergers and has a mental age of a 14 year old. Gets sucker punched for nothing, not posing any threat or anything

Many years ago, one of my brothers was riding a bike on the footpath (he claims he had a legitimate reason), but got into an argument with three people because of it, the argument turned into a brawl and long story short my brother had one of his fingers so severely injured he later had it amputated.

The guy who threw the punch got 4 years (will do 2 and be out in U.K.) but there has been a big outrage from public and now they are looking at sentence again.

I know it's a bad outcome from the guy to die from a single punch, but I suppose if you look at the situation it was a just a pissed off young idiot throwing a punch to look hard....sure he didnt mean for the guy to be brown bread but hey consequences are consequences so let him rot for a few years

it counts as a serious sentence as he has been given over four years

he should do two thirds in those circumstances

plus it will fuck up the rest of his life in that he will cost the state as he wont get a job of any note

that being said he should have got 14 years at least imo

A good sentence would be to throw him into a den of blokes with aspergers, with puzzle lines drawn on his body and the parts mislabled hahaha

In Jersey two motorist got out of there cars on the shoulder of the road to complain about the other's driving. One car the driver was over 50 with his family. The other car had a guy in his 20's who was a former wrestler. The 20 something picked up the guy and body slammed him into the asphalt killing him in one move.
