phil's muscle has a very fake, inflated look.  it doesnt look granite hard like dex, ron, wolf or kai.   not to mention his shoulder width is pathetic

its actually very good

but yes he does look inflated and noticebly so infact. The difference the quality of jackson and heath is staggering. Phil may have him beat on structure, size and perhaps shape but he looks so soft that no degree of conditioning can hide the true nature of his muscles

Not what the sport needs (tho he is very articulate which is a plus).

 He really a paragon for the "all drugs" label
