The summer blast!!
Have started my summer prep. might actually compete in august at the Toronto's a few of my friends are competing this summer so it's kind of added motivation/kinship to do something as well..
right now about 244lbs. @ 6"0 and 11-12% bf (measured with calipers) can see obliques and top few abs...
Running:
weeks: 1-14 Equipoise 600mg/week
weeks: 1-14 Test Prop 125mg/EOD
weeks: 1-4, 10-14 Winstrol (ora) 50mg ED
weeks: 1-4 Dianabol Thai Pinks 30mg ED split into 4 doses
weeks: 1-8, 10-14 Anavar 50mg ED
weeks: 1-16 Andriol 80-120mg ED
weeks: 1-16 Albuterol 2>4>6mg ED
Nolva, Letrozole on hand in case of gyno/water
HCG also on hand
thinking of doing a 2 week humalog run @ 20iu's a day before I start cutting up in June with increased caardio and cutting back calories
Cardio: Boxing/bag work 2x week, Kickboxing/sparring 2x week
One last thing... I feel FUCKING STUPENDOUS!!! great mood, strength, overall sense of being... I attribute this to the prop. I always feel amazing on prop.

knowing my body (and the way it reacts to gear/training/food) I should stay around a lean (9%bf maybe
at around 250-255
through summer!
