Cory, to this day, is one of the most attractive women I’ve ever seen.

I met her about 15 years ago, too. She is charming, polite and very well spoken.

This shot was for Ironman magazine back in the day. I have never seen this shot before. To me it demonstrates the balance between the upper body development in comparison to the lower body. When you do weight training try to keep “body balance” in mind... no body part should stand out as they should all flow nicely together. It’s the perfect balancing act. So think balance, NOT size.
