Hey everyone , ive been readin this area of getbig for the last 2 weeks and must say its one of the better areas of the net in relation to nautral bbing....sick of readin stuff thats pretty much roids related or not sure if its suitable for a natural or not
been training for 2 years and im dieting down atm till 1st september and do some progress pics.
around 15% bf atm at 197 lb's or so
train focusing on increasing weight in main compounds followed by supplementary isolation exercises etc
have an almost 1005 natural diet apart from whey and multi etc
be cool to share info on getting as large and symetrical as possible natural wise
