look at the time gh15 wrote it and look at the final result,,you won but not the over all and the reason is because of what i wrote in that post ,,van b pointed to it but a guy taller than you with little better condition even if small propotionally will take the win ,,

what you need to do is work on detail and use halo last few weeks,,then you will take over all and have a good chance to plact very well in national even with out the swip grow leg little and get the the condition dialed in

175-180lb on stage same bodyfat% and you take over all

all i can say is dude, to get your places up, you gotta work on those legs. even in that shitty lineup, your legs arent clearly in first place.

and compared to your upper body, the legs are really weak.

your waist up looks great... spend some time getting some mass in those pegs and youll place much better...shouldnt be too hard as they appear underdeveloped..just some extra emphasis on them and theyll spring up..

you look great bro, believe it or not i would probably take gh15's advice with the halo, and maybe some toes facing inward squats and leg extensions to work on your sweep, it helped with mine a lot, just my 2c great structure you'll go far

no they were just abit un organized back stage, the girl told me to wait until my class was going up, and then to go have the girls put pam on me etc, but the line was backed up so there was no time. I asked them to do it earlier on, but they said to wait until my class was up.
