I see these guys all the time.  Coming to the gym with cologne on, T-shirts that are ironed without a wrinkle, matching shoes, socks, shirts, shorts and gloves.  Especially the ones that have a "going out shirt".  My going our shirt is the shirt I left home my trailer with in the morning.

There was a 150 pound kid in my gym wearing a t-shirt that said "I'm hot".  I swear.  It was just beyond silly.  I laughed out loud, literally, when he turned around from the drinking fountain and i read it.  I couldn't help myself.  He pretended not to notice.  It was just that funny.
