How much can they really suck out? I store fat in my lower back sides and getting that last bigt off is always fucking insanely hard for me.

And I have a goal to bring the look of the 80s and 90s bbing back, that's one of my goals, I want to step on stage and being back the nostalgia and people say CSWOL brought the old school back

C I am a fan but 250 gonna be difficult, also there is much more than than than just dropping fat you got posing, music, dropping water all the other stuff before getting on stage.
